Watts Up EV provides mobile electric vehicle (EV) services across the Midlands, including:

  • End-of-warranty inspections
  • Servicing and maintenance

All services are delivered by trained technicians with experience in electric vehicles.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or via email.
  • A booking confirmation will be sent once your appointment is accepted.
  • We reserve the right to request a deposit or prepayment.
  • Payment is accepted via card or bank transfer.
  • Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must ensure that the vehicle is accessible and available at the booked time.
  • A safe working environment must be provided for our technician.
  • Any known faults or issues must be disclosed in advance.
  • If you miss your appointment without notice, a call-out charge may apply.

4. Service Guarantee

  • We aim to provide high-quality, professional service.
  • If you are not satisfied with the work carried out, please contact us within 7 days of the service.
  • We may offer to re-inspect or correct the issue, at our discretion.

5. Liability

  • Watts Up EV shall not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or faults not visible or disclosed at the time of service.
  • Our liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without charge.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

7. Warranties & Third-Party Work

  • We do not void your manufacturer’s warranty, but we are not affiliated with Tesla or any other manufacturer unless otherwise stated.
  • Any recommendations made (e.g., for repairs or further work) are advisory only.

8. Use of Website

  • You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose.
  • All content, logos, and designs remain the intellectual property of Watts Up EV and may not be copied without permission.
  • We may link to third-party websites, but we are not responsible for their content or policies.
